You tell us what you want, and we will work with you to maximize class attendance and budget.

We use an all inclusive flat rate, that includes preparation, presentation, accommodations and travel.  Our rates are partially based on type of travel, time of year and class type. We don’t charge per person, so your class size can be as big or as small as you would like. 

No, we only bill for what the agreed upon rate is at the time of booking. 

Yes, Doug loves to train with multiple agencies in the attendance. He believes it gives everyone a chance to meet and learn from each other. 

We try to keep billing as simple as possible. While we encourage agencies to invite other agencies to training, we will only bill a maximum of two different agencies. 

YES!!! And we don’t charge extra.

Please check with us. We are in the process of certifying our classes with a couple different states. We have no problem looking into certifying a class with your state.
